Imagined Nation Session 20

We started our session after killing the 3 froglike creatures, then watched as a huge rift open from the Far Realm and a worm like serpent fell into the waters and started killing everything in its way.  As our minds were slowing fading into madness, we went about finding a way across the waters towards another ziggurat.  So sit back, relax and enjoy what happens next.
